Eligibility Requirements

All services listed are free of charge.

Services are offered to refugees, asylum seekers and survivors of SGBV. Appointments are made within the working office hours and working days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Consideration is given to emergency cases that fall out of the official office working hours.

Calls can be made outside working hours, for urgent cases. 

Due to COVID 19, legal and counselling services is made through appointment by calling RCK numbers.  

Services are available without referrals.

Safe and private space for one-on-one counseling

Continued check-ins to be sure you are able to get the help you need. Interpretation for Oromo, Somali, South Sudanese, English, and Kiswahili languages is consistently available at our premises.

Services are available in the following languages by phone interpretation - Oromo, Somali, South Sudanese, English and Kiswahili languages.

Female interpreters are available. 

The entrance to this location has a ramp.
