Services offered Include:

• One-on-one counseling 
• Group counseling 
• Family Counseling 
• Emotional support 
• Crisis intervention 
• Safe and private space for one-on-one counseling 
• In case of any sickness or injuries, students are referred to the concerned partners 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Services are provided for all 

Accessibility 

• Languages for which interpretation is consistently available  English. Kiswahili. Arabic 
• Sign language interpretation is available 
• Services are available in the following languages by appointment only: English. Kiswahili 
• Female interpreters are available for the following languages: English. Kiswahili 
• The entrance to this location has a ramp yes 
• This location has a female staff  
• This location has separate bathrooms for men and women  
• All services listed are free of charge  
• KASNEB accounting business courses require a fee 
• In case of any sickness or injuries, students are referred to the concerned partners    

Access days and time 

Services Available:  Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Saturday 7:30 am to 12 noon.
