Family Reunification services
- Tracing services/activities
- Free telephone calls (2 minutes per household per month).
- New arrivals are given 5 minutes for a starter- This service is available in all the centers, both main offices and mobile ones
- Internet services- (POCs access internet services to reconnect with their loved ones. Authorized applications such as WhatsApp and messengers are used in voice chats, video calls, and messaging)- this service is only available in IFO main office, NCCK calling center in Dagahley and Hagadera main office
- Smartphones are available for beneficiaries without one
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in place to guide the internet service usage
- A charging system is also provided but only to those accessing Restoring Family Links (RFL) services and their devices are out of power
- Registration of UAMs (Unaccompanied minors) and Separated children, BBC services, RCM (Red cross messages) Family Tracing, and Family reunification.
- Dissemination of the RFL services
- Household visits to offer tracing services to vulnerable ones not in a position to reach KRCS field antennas and mobile centers

- Produce UNHCR tokens or Manifest before accessing the various RFL services

Mobile 1 – outside former LWF compound (HI Compound)

Mobile 3- githuthe (close to where new arrivals have settled)
Dagahley:
NCCK calling center (in the NCCK compound, next to the police)
Naftaqur-Somali Bantu shopping center
Cluster 4 (where IFO 2 residents were relocated)
Behind cluster 4 (where new arrivals have settled.
Dagahaley main antenna (next to cattle market)
