Eligibility Requirements or Criteria for Accessing Services

To get this service, you must be:

• Adult (18 years and above)

When applying, you need to have:  

• Refugees alien card
• Kenyan birth certificate
• School graduation certificate
• Proof sheet or manifest

Accessibility

•  The entrance to this location has a ramp 
• This location has female staff  
• This location has separate bathrooms for men and women 
• All services listed are free of charge 
• The latrines are separated by gender 
• The latrines are adapted to persons living with disabilities 
• Walkways to latrine that allows mobility assistance device
  (wheelchair, crutches, etc.) 
• Latrines are fitted with special handles and handrails  
• Spacious latrines with firm, even, and non-slip floors that
  allow movement  
• Easy-to-open doors for persons with mobility challenges  
• Toilets availed with a sitting toilet (pedestal) or bench
  rather than a squatting pan  
• The education facility have a generator to supply power
