Eligibility Requirements
- All services listed are free of charge.
- Services are offered to refugees, asylum seekers and survivors of SGBV. Appointments are made within the working office hours and working days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Consideration is given to emergency cases that fall out of the official office working hours.

- Calls can be made outside working hours, for urgent cases.
- Due to COVID 19, legal and counselling services is made through appointment by calling RCK numbers.
- Services are available without referrals.
- Helpline – 0703848641 - services offered include mental, trauma and general counselling.
- Safe and private space for one-on-one counseling
- Continued check-ins to be sure you are able to get the help you need. Interpretation for Oromo, Somali, South Sudanese, English, and Kiswahili languages is consistently available at our premises.
- Services are available in the following languages by phone interpretation - Oromo, Somali, South Sudanese, English and Kiswahili languages.
- Female interpreters are available.
- The entrance to this location has a ramp.
