Services are offered to refugees, asylum seekers and survivors of SGBV . Appointments are made within the working office hours and working days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Consideration is given to emergency cases that fall out of the official office working hours.

Services also available through calling 0703848641. Calls can be made outside working hours, for urgent cases.
Due to COVID 19, legal and counselling services is made by appointment by calling the number.
Services are available without referrals.
Interpretation for Oromo, Somali, South Sudanese, English, and Kiswahili languages is consistently available at our premises.

Female interpreters are available.
