Services Offered:
- Legal counselling- client interviews
- Registration of single business licenses and permits, registration of companies.
- Legal representation in court and in civil, criminal and family matters. Interventions at police station and in court. - SGBV cases, child custody and maintenance, guardianship Legal services for survivors of violence, Legal services for people in detention, Legal services for people who are stateless applications, asylum representation.
- Rights, duties and obligations of individuals
- Refugee Status Determination representation (Asylum interviews), Refugee appeals representation
- Help drafting legal documents, contracts, partnership deeds, pleadings (affidavits)
- Remove accompaniments to legal and administrative appointments
- Assistance in acquiring civil documentation Birth, marriage, death
- Assistance in registration of community groups- CBO, Self help groups, SACCOs,
- Support in mediation cases
- Referrals for probono lawyers

This service is available to:
- Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
- Host Communities
- Stateless Persons
- Survivors of torture, human trafficking and Discrimination
- LGBTQIA

- Appointments can be made in person during office working hours 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday at compound 3-RCK offices, near UNHCR compound or by Email info@rckkenya.org.
- Services are available with or without referrals
- Languages available- Arabic, Somali, Dinka, Nuer, English, Swahili. Available by phone and access points.
- Both male and female interpreters are available
- Both male and female staff are available and friendly.
- All services are free of charge
- Available Mon-Thursday 8am-5pm RCK offices compound 3, closed on public holidays
