- Referral cases only the following services: Children with high risks cases i.e SGBV
- Children below 17 years

- No appointment required
- One can Come in person call or email
- Safe and private space for one-on-one counseling- though the child friendly spaces (CFS)
- Continued check-ins to be sure you are able to get the help you need-Through Help desk and field offices

- Dadaab Refugee camp (Ifo 2 next to WFP RUB HALLS)
Access days and time
- From 8 am to 1 pm at the field office
- Feedback time: Within 24 Hours
