Eligibility Criteria

  • All clients have to be refugees/asylum seekers

Accessibility

  • Safe and private space for one-on-one counselling
  • Continued check-ins to ensure you get the assistance you need.
  • An interpreter will go with you to other service providers
  • Interpretation is available by phone to help you communicate with other service providers
  • Interpreters are available for the following languages: Somali, Oromo, Dinka, Nuer, Amharic, Swahili, English
  • Female interpreters are available for the languages indicated above
  • No sign Language available
  • The entrance to this location has a ramp
  • This location has female staff
